IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
For any disputes, you agree to first email contact@babypi.net with a detailed explanation of your issue. Baby P.I. will work to provide a resolution to you within 30 days of your notification of dispute. If 60 days of negotiation has passed without resolution, you and we each agree that any and all claims or disputes in any way related to or concerning the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, our products and services, including any billing disputes, will be resolved by binding arbitration or in small claims court under the jurisdiction of Clark County Nevada.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or otherwise update our Terms of Use from time to time.
